Simply visit our returns portal to get started — enter your order number and postcode, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
If your return is accepted, you’ll be able to upload your own label or receive one from our team depending on the case.
Returns sent without using the portal will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, no problem — exchanges are free.
You’ll be able to select your new size or item when starting your return. Once the original is in transit, your replacement will be shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, use the returns portal and upload a photo — we’ll sort it fast.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, including preferences around colour, size or feel.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed once your item is received and inspected.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, minus a £3.99 handling fee.
Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the funds to appear in your account.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Black Friday items may be eligible for store credit — reach out for a one-time credit code if applicable.
