Return Policy
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the next steps and return instructions.

Exchanges
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, no problem — exchanges are available with a standard £3.95 postage fee, which covers the cost of sending your replacement. Customers are responsible for returning their original item. Please contact us at info@blackout13.com
to arrange your exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with a photo of the item and we’ll sort it quickly at no extra cost.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, including preferences around colour, size, or feel.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed once your item is received and inspected.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, minus a £3.99 handling fee.
Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the funds to appear in your account.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Black Friday items may be eligible for store credit — reach out for a one-time credit code if applicable.

Birthday Offer Policy
All orders placed using code HBDBLACKOUT are eligible for exchange only. No refunds will be given.
Standard policy applies to all other purchases.
